I started madly laughing when the chief minister of Tamilnadu announced that she will appoint more number of teachers in the days to come. Though I am member of AIADMK, I have some direct questions to the CM:
1. Where will she find teachers? Almost every CSIR-UGC qualified teachers have left Tamilnadu. Do not laugh at me. I was the last one who left Tamilnadu under a tragic scenario.
2. Why don't any one who have qualified CSIR JRFship prefer to work/carryout research in Tamilnadu Universities?
3. How many of the highly qualified teachers have been kicked out of Tamilnadu due to the nasty politics during Karuna's regime?
Is it possible for the Present Tamilnadu state administration to attract the UGC - CSIR qualified teachers to Tamilnadu?
4. Respected CM of Tamilnadu, anyone who has self respect and self esteem will not serve in Tamilnadu. First make a survey in Tamilnadu Universities. Do not relay on the fake reports submitted by the idiotic IAS and IPS officers. Clearing CSIR examinations needs more effort than the IAS, IFS and IPS service commission examinations.
Dear CM madam, first deliver the justice to the innocent people who had been kicked out of Tamilnadu like me before appointing or recruiting the highly qualified teachers, after all they are my students!!!!!!!
My final question: who is more preferable? CSIR-UGC NET qualified teacher/SLET qaulfied teacher/Anyone who pays more to the corrupt Tamilnadu State Admininstration?
